What is 3FM?

3F Ministry started back in 2020 just before Covid hit. So we are re- launching. Our vision is to bring unity with in the churches to get people to realize. We are not that different from each other if Christ is the center of our lives. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ. Regardless of denominational preferences. But some of you may not know what 3F Ministry means. The 3Fs stand for Faith, Fellowship, and Fitness.

1. Faith

Our Faith in God, Christ, and the Bible is what sustains us. Through  Christ centered, Bible based presentations and discussions our faith has been strengthened. It is that strengthening of faith we hope to bring to others. To bring them into a deeper relationship with Christ and each other. 

Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

1 Timothy 6:12

2. Fellowship

Through fellowship with each other we build our community. That community is what pushes us in our faith in Christ. That community of brothers and sisters is what hold us up, support us when we can't stand,  encourages us when we face the hard things. 

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his frien
d can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 

3. Fitness

Fitness is the platform we use.  Through health and wellness, physical strength, endurance training. Through education, and coaching.  Fitness training and being a follower of Christ has a lot in common. Our confidence in ourselves grows as we lift a heavier weight or run futher then before. Our confidence grows more in what we can do.  Just like our faith  confidence in Christ  grows as we learn to trust that God will do what He says He will do. That's how we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. 

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So  run that you may obtain it. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one  beating the air. But I discipline my body and  keep it under control,  lest after preaching to others  I myself should be a disqualified.  
1 Corinthians 9:24-27

I have a love for wellness and fitness, it includes every aspect of what I like to call "Wellness of Being". 


Let's break that down into 4 parts:
1 Spiritual 
2 Mental 
3 Relational 
4 Physical

Of these 4 parts some are done well and others are not as well. I mean we may do the spiritual, and mental very well. We go to church whenever the doors are open. We are reading and memorizing scripture. We know the word, but we do not make relationships with others. We can't or won't connect with our communities or our families. 

We may have the first 3 down we are growing spiritually, growing in our knowledge of Him. We are connecting with others, but you find that you don't have the strength or physicalness to be effective in the role God has call us to. 

All 4 parts work together to create a "wellness of being."

The vision of this ministry is to create a place where all 4 parts can be pursued. To provide a place where others from inside our body as well as those who are seeking from outside our body. To find "wellness of being", in a place that is safe to work as deeply as needed to achieve that break through. 

This would be a place where we can provide coaching in areas of nutrition, health and fitness. To be able to create that "wellness of being." By way of technology, we can use things like Blogs and Vlogs to reach people. As well as with personal training, cooking classes and  demos, health coaching,  motivational speakers, and also fitness classes and personal training. The services we provide is meant to make the best possible version of you to glorify Christ, His Church and to further His kingdom. 



Group Fitness:

With Coach Paul and every Tuesday @ 6pm. (Fellowship Hall)


Senior Fit:

Wednesdays @ 5pm with Coach Paul for those 60+ to focus on balance and mobility with lite resistance training.


Warrior Strong:

Thursdays at 6pm in the Garage for strength and endurance.
